Pam grew up in Lynchburg, VA and attended CVCC and Lynchburg College and received an AAS degree in Medical Technology. Pam worked 25 years in the medical field at VA Baptist Hospital and Lynchburg General Hospital. She loves taking care of people and customers with any kind of need. She has been married for 41 years and has two children, who live locally.
For Pam, the best part about being a travel agent is being able to make a family's wish come true. She simply meets the need according to budget, location, weather and destination. Along the journey, she is making new relationships and friendships. The travel industry is like a well-greased engine. All the parts need to work together so, as an agent, she makes sure all the details are arranged ahead of time, and takes the "worry and hassle" off your shoulders. Memories last a lifetime, and that is what she wants to create for you....lasting memories. Some of her best momories are trips with her family. So she is always thinking "how can I make this trip special to my client."
Setting up airline tickets can be tricky...she likes to make sure her client has enough layover time in the airport to get from one end of the terminal to the other and still have time for the "little" extras. Cruises are very popular for all ages. A cruise offers being able to see other islands and people, all the food you can eat, and entertainment and fun for the entire family at an affordable price. Honeymoon destinations are our most popular trips. She especially loves working with the bride and groom and meeting their desires and, just like their wedding day, making their honeymoon an unforgettable event. And then, we have our travel across the great United States. She has really loved learning about our great states and all that's offered here.
Pam is also involved in helping the elderly population, and taking care of household pets. She has enjoyed customer service for over 21 years and the people she has met and helped along life's journey and those yet to come.
